Why Wait For The Weekend?
Hamilton County Tourism came to us with an interesting dilemma—hotel rooms were booked on the weekends due to the millions of people traveling for sports in the county. The solution was promoting weekdays, creating the idea that you can have fun any day of the week. Thus, Why Wait For The Weekend was born.
The campaign ran in the Chicago DMA and statewide Indiana utilizing television, print, radio, digital, connected TV, streaming audio, and paid social media.
Overall, the Spring efforts brought in more than 75,000 trips (72% on weekdays) and for every dollar spent on advertising, $301 was returned in visitor spending.
