Project Manager

Three Sixty Group is seeking a full-time Project Manager with 5+ years of experience in managing projects in an advertising or marketing capacity.

Your primary responsibility is to work with internal and external teams to make sure projects are done on time, done well, and within budget parameters. You sit between the account manager, creative director, creative team, and the client to understand expectations and ensure they are met.

In addition to managing projects, you will also be an active participant in helping to plan marketing strategy and tactics for our clients alongside Account Planners.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as day-to-day “detail person” on assigned accounts.
  • Develop thorough project timelines.
  • Problem solve deficiencies in resources, or overbooked employees.
  • Keep a close eye on project progress ensuring internal milestones are hit.
  • Manage the internal team as they make progress on their projects.
  • Set and manage expectations of internal and external teams.
  • Grow and maintain a working knowledge of our client’s industries and their unique role within them.
  • Gather research and relevant information and analysis for use in the development of marketing strategy or creative projects.
  • Work with the account manager to be an active participant in planning strategy and tactics for projects.
  • Coordinate campaign launches across digital, print, social, email, web, and media channels to ensure successful execution.
  • Maintain digital and hard copy records of notes, samples, historical projects, analytics, correspondence, competitor information, etc. for all client activities.
  • Help the account manager and accountant to maintain good financial records of each project.
  • Take comprehensive, detailed notes in meetings and review with teammates as appropriate
  • Compile campaign performance reports, interpret marketing metrics, and provide recommendations for future optimization.
  • Lead proofreading efforts on all projects before they are reviewed by clients or released.
  • Develop and refine project management processes, documentation, templates, and workflows that improve agency efficiency and consistency.

Requirements:

  • 4-year degree in anything. Obviously, degrees in fields like advertising, media, marketing, business, management, or communications are a plus, but the most important thing is that you’re dutiful, curious, and excited to learn.
  • Experience in a marketing or advertising role—ideally at an agency.
  • Experience with Project Management software (Wrike, Asana, Jira, etc.).
  • Excellent demonstrated communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Excellent with the fundamental tools of knowledge work: MacOS, Microsoft Office Suite / Google Suite, file management, navigating the internet, AI basics, etc.

Media Buyer

Three Sixty Group is seeking a full-time Media Buyer to join our innovative and dynamic team. We’re looking for a seasoned marketing professional with 5+ years of media buying experience who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, brings strategic thinking to the table, and can confidently manage campaigns across traditional and digital channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Help build media strategies through competitive research, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
  • Prepare proposals for agency clients across radio, television, newspaper, print, digital, social media, and OOH; review all proposals with Media Director
  • Negotiate media costs and added value opportunities, and place all approved media schedules
  • Issue traffic instructions and release creative assets as needed
  • Execute and optimize paid search, social, display, and tracking initiatives
  • Monitor campaign pacing, performance, and budgets across all paid media efforts
  • Provide monthly analytics, optimization recommendations, and reporting to internal teams and clients
  • Analyze campaign performance data and implement optimizations based on insights and best practices
  • Reconcile affidavits and invoices for all paid media and ensure billing is client-ready by the 15th of each month
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure campaigns run smoothly and effectively

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of media buying and planning experience, preferably within an agency environment
  • Proven experience managing integrated campaigns across digital and traditional media channels
  • Strong understanding of paid social, paid search, display advertising, and campaign analytics
  • Experience with Google Analytics and media reporting platforms
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, writing, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and budgets simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel, and media management tools
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience and proven results matter most
